All items are considered final sale and are non-refundable/non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.  If there is an issue with your order (i.e. you received an incorrect item from what was ordered, item arrived damaged, etc.), please reach out to with your order number and our customer support team will happily assist you.  

In the case that a return or exchange is approved by our customer support team, please note the following: 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, if applicable.
  • Shipping and handling charges may not be refundable.
  • We are not responsible for return shipping & handling charges.
  • Packages that arrive Collect on Delivery (COD) will be denied
  • Cover or remove any original mailing address labels or carrier barcodes from package.
  • Ship your package using a trackable shipping method. NYSL cannot accept responsibility for packages we do not ship. Please keep the tracking details for your records.


All approved refunds are processed with 14 business days, and once processed, may take up to 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank processing times.
